Check-In is between 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm. If you will be arriving later than the check-in window, please contact us (phone or email) for alternate arrangements.
Check-Out is 11:00 am. Guests checking out of their room after 11:00 am will be assessed a $50 late check out fee. .
We may have two night minimum stays during certain periods, or three night minimums stays during special periods.
For the comfort of all guests, the Inn observes quiet hours after 10:00 pm.
A 30% deposit will be required at the time of reservation, the remaining amount coming due one week before check in. Don’t worry, we will send out an email one week before check in to remind you when the final payment comes due.
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly, therefore we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival can receive a full refund of their deposit. If you need to cancel 29-15 days before arrival we allow the option to move your deposit to new dates or forfeit it. A cancellation less than 15 before arrival forfeits your deposit.
All of our rooms have a strict non-smoking policy. A fine of $100 will be charged if we find that this policy has not been followed. However, you are welcome to use any of our outdoor spaces if you so choose.
Sadly, none of our rooms are pet friendly at this time. If this changes we will be sure to update this page!
